Overview

Home AI Design turns a room photo and your design choices into an AI-generated interior concept. This policy explains the information used to provide that service. We do not offer payments or credit purchases in this version.

Account and Design Information

When you sign in, we receive account identifiers and profile information such as your name, email address, and profile image. We use this information to identify your account, manage your session, and associate credits and design tasks with you. We do not receive your Google password.

You choose which room photos to upload and which room state, room type, style, and optional instructions to submit. Your browser resizes and re-encodes the selected photo as WebP before upload, removing original image metadata. This does not remove personal details visible in the image. Do not upload identity documents, sensitive personal information, or images of people you do not have permission to use.

We keep account, credit, daily check-in, and task records to operate the service, show your balance and design status, and prevent duplicate charges or rewards. Task records include your design instructions and choices. The image retention period below does not mean all account or task records are deleted after that period.

AI Processing and Image Storage

Your uploaded images, design instructions and relevant conversation history are sent to the configured AI providers to generate and edit designs. The active chat model and image provider are configured by the service operator. Providers process inputs under their own policies.

Uploaded and generated images are stored in the configured object storage. Download images you want to keep. A direct image link may be accessible to anyone who obtains it. Keep private links secure and avoid uploading sensitive images.

The service uses authentication, database, hosting and storage providers to deliver these functions. These providers may process information outside your country.

Technical Information and Cookies

When you visit the site, the systems that deliver and protect the website may process minimal technical information that is sent automatically with a web request, such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and request timing. This information may appear in technical or security logs needed to deliver, maintain, or protect the site. Application technical logs do not store design prompts or image contents. This is separate from the task records used to process your design.

We use cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in and essential website functionality. If product analytics are enabled, design events use limited categories such as room type, style, task status, and duration range. Those events do not include your photo, image URL, prompt, email, or account ID.

Your Choices

You can control cookies and similar browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other account features from working. You may contact support@homeai.design to request deletion of uploaded photos, generated images, or account information. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request and retain records where needed for security or legal obligations.
