These Terms of Service govern your use of Home AI Design, a service that creates interior design concepts from room photos. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. Sign in to generate designs and manage your credits.

Design Concepts and Professional Review

Generated designs and information on this site are inspiration concepts. They are not construction drawings, engineering plans, structural or safety assessments, cost estimates, or professional renovation advice. AI may alter the room's structure, doors, windows, furniture, or proportions. We do not guarantee structural accuracy, dimensions, materials, costs, or construction feasibility. Have qualified professionals review measurements, safety, materials, and any renovation decisions before carrying out work.

Upload Rights and Permissions

You must own or have the necessary rights and permission to upload and process each image. Do not upload identity documents, sensitive personal information, or images of people you are not authorized to use. You are responsible for the content of your photos and instructions.

You retain any rights you hold in your uploads. You give us permission to store and process them, and to provide them to the service providers needed to generate and deliver your design. AI results may not be unique; we do not guarantee exclusive rights or that a result is free of third-party rights. Check that your intended use of a result is lawful.

Credits and Results

Generation uses credits. The selected model's credit cost is shown in the design workspace before you submit. Account credit grants and their expiry are determined by the service configuration. Daily check-in grants 20 credits once per UTC date, valid for 30 days. Failed image tool calls release their reserved credits; a connection delay by itself does not establish failure.

Credits have no cash value. This version does not offer paid plans or credit purchases. Download results you want to keep. Direct image links may be accessible to anyone who obtains them, so avoid sharing private image URLs.

Acceptable Use

You may use the site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or other visitors. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, disrupt the site, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

The site's content, design, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of those materials or permission to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them except as allowed by applicable law or with permission.

Disclaimers

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Home AI Design will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site.
